Waitakere Gymnastics Trip 18th June

We so enjoyed trying out all of the neat equipment at the Waitakere Gymnastics Centre this month!
A huge thank you goes out to all of the parent helpers who worked tirelessly to make sure we could have a turn on such a great variety of apparatus!
We loved the trampolines and the bars in particular, and the beam, and the rope swing, oh and the rings, ........oh and the forward and backward rolling mats etc etc!
Have a look at how well we did!

Reading with our buddy class!

Every Friday we get a chance to read to our buddies in Room 15, Mr Campbell's Class. We enjoy listening to our buddies read us their books, and we love to read them books from our own book boxes too!

Cross Country

Room 5 ran well in the junior races in the school wide Cross Country! Everyone crossed the finish line and showed grit and determination, and we loved cheering for the middle school and senior school children also! Lilli crossed the finish line first for the girls in Room 5, and Jahvan came 4th placed overall in the race for all the 5 year old boys!
